Indoor (furniture included)
S: 13M + 5 to 7M varied fee
M: 27M + 7 to 9M varied fee
L: 40M + 9 to 11M varied fee

Outdoor (House skin not included)
S: + 2M
M: + 3M

- 2M discount for surprise pack and I will decide the theme.Note
- Server available: Typhon, Kujata, Tonberry, Zeromus. Otherwise, Please send me $9 USD so I can buy msq skip pack if you want me to do commissions on other servers.
- For furniture >80k gil on marketboard, please provide yourself, or pay additional for me to buy.
- For furniture that my accounts can't access to via marketboard, please provide yourself.
- If you can provide or craft most of the furniture, varied fee can be discussed.
- Varied fee depends on the complexity of the design and furniture expense.



Rules

  • Full upfront payment, if I already spend gils and time on housing then no refund.

  • Can't do void build.

  • Please be really clear and provide examples of what you want (unless it's surprise pack)

  • Be noted that housing slots are limited. The bigger the space, the less detailed the final product will be.

  • No revisement.

  • Only accept JP DC (Elemental、Gaia、Mana、Meteor).

  • Cannot do fc room and apartment, since rooms can't be shared with me.

  • I will take pics and videos of the finished project and publish on social media (You can choose if you want to public the address or not).

  • Can revise by yourself after the build is done, but I don't take responsibility for it. If you accidentally destroy something and want me to recover it, you have to pay extra.

  • Don't claim my build as yours.

- 驚喜包享有 2M 折扣, 無法指定主題和風格注意事項
-接委託的伺服器: Typhon, Kujata, Tonberry, Zeromus。在其他伺服器請付我ARR劇情直升包的現金才可委託。
- 內裝估價為基本價格+變動費用(評估家具費和複雜度)
- 單一家具市價若大於80k gil請自行提供或另外加錢
- 小帳無法取得的家具請自行提供
- 如果能提供大部分的家具, 變動費用可降低



詳閱規則

  • 開始前一次付清, 若已動工則無法退款

  • 可新台幣或gil支付, NT100 = 100萬gil，變動費用請用gil提供

  • 不接受異空間的委託

  • 驚喜包除外, 請詳細提供想要的風格和參考圖片

  • 請悉知空間越大, 精緻度就會下降, 反之精裝會需要犧牲空間

  • 完工後本人無法提供無償修改

  • 只接日本dc的委託 (Elemental、Gaia、Mana、Meteor)

  • 無法接fc個人房和公寓委託

  • 所有完成品皆會公開發影片和圖片在社群網站上(你可以選擇是否要我公開地址)

  • 可以修改完工後的作品, 但本人不負責, 若需要我修補你改過的地方需要多收費

  • 請勿宣稱完成品為自己的作品
